Please read instructions and warning before use. To reduce the risk of burns, fire and personal injury, this product must be used in accordance with the warnings and use instructions. Additional warnings are included in the package insert.

USES: Provide temporary relief of minor back and hip aches and pains associated with overexertion, strains, sprains and arthritic pain.

DIRECTIONS:
- Tear open pouch only when ready to use and remove heating pad
- Insert one or two heat pads, as required, into wrap to cover area of pain. Use only one pad per pocket
- Place correct side toward body as indicated by instructions ‘This Side Toward Body’. Wrap belt around waist with pocket openings facing up and fasten in place with Velcro tabs. Adjust as needed.

It may take up to 30 minutes for the pads to reach full therapeutic temperature. For maximum effectiveness we recommend you wear RUB•A535®ProHeat® for 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period.

WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT: Periodically check your skin for redness. Some skin redness is normal and expected. If product feels too hot- stop use or wear over thin clothing. If you are 55 years of age or older; wear the wrap over a thin layer of clothing and not directly against your skin.

CONSULT A DOCTOR BEFORE USE: if you have : diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.

DO NOT USE: While sleeping, with medicated lotions, creams or ointments. On unhealthy, damaged or broken skin. On areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours. On areas of the body where you can’t feel heat. With other forms of external heat. On people unable to apply or remove the product. On children under 12 years old. On elderly with decreased skin sensation.

STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR: if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persists where the wrap is worn. If condition persists for more than 7 days or worsens.

WARNING: THIS PRODUCT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO CAUSE SKIN IRRITATION OR BURNS. Check skin frequently during use. If you find irritation or a burn, remove product immediately. Ingredients harmful if ingested. If swallowed, contact your doctor or a Poison Control Center immediately. If the contents of the heat pad come into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse right away with water. Do not tear or cut heat pad. If heat pad is torn or sliced open, then throw entire heat pad away. To avoid the risk of fire, do not microwave or reheat this product. Store in a cool, dry, place.
DO NOT MICROWAVE. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. DO NOT DISPOSE IN TOLIETS. CAN BE DISPOSED IN YOUR REGULAR TRASH.
