INDICATIONS: Traditionally used in herbal medicine, Arnica, found in RUB·A535™ Arnica Gel-Cream, helps relieve pain and inflammation in muscles and joints. ldeal for the whole family, RUB·A535™ Arnica Gel-Cream is effective for inflammation, sore muscles, joint pain, sprains and bruising. This non-greasy, soothing gel-cream starts to work on contact - Exactly where you need. RUB·A535™ Arnica Gel-Cream is made with 100% naturally sourced arnica, with no artificial colours or fragrances and no petrolatum or parabens. Arnica is a natural ingredient and variations in colour may occur. This will not affect the integrity or performance of the product.

DIRECTIONS: Adults, Adolescents and Children over two years: Gently massage a thin layer on to the affected area until completely absorbed. Apply as needed 3 to 4 times daily. For children 2-12 years, application should be supervised by an adult. Results are better when administered early.

WARNING: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/ Compositae/ Daisy family.

Keep out of reach of children. Store between 15°'C and 27°C. Safety sealed for your protection, do not use if broken or missing.
